【Key Points to Note Before Use】

These Terms of Service define the basic conditions for users to safely and appropriately use the AI audiobook generation application "Audiobook AI" (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"), including its functions (AI generation of table of contents, chapter text, and audio based on topic input, premium plans, etc.). Please read the full text carefully, understand, and agree to its contents before using this Application.

Please pay particular attention to the following:

• Content Generation by AI: This Application automatically generates a table of contents, chapter text, and audio based on the topic input by the user. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability for a specific purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights of the generated content. It is not a substitute for professional information or advice. (Article 5, Paragraph 4; Article 11, Paragraph 3; Article 13, Paragraphs 2 and 3)
• Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights: Ensure that the topics and other information you input do not infringe upon the copyrights, other intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties. The use of content generated by AI should also be conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations and at your own risk. (Article 10, Item 3; Article 11, Paragraph 1)
• Use of Generated Content: Generated content should primarily be used for personal learning or creation. If content publishing/sharing features are provided in the future, separate terms and conditions will apply.
• Data Storage and Transmission to AI Services: The topics you input and the generated table of contents, text, and audio data will be stored on the Operator's servers (Firebase Firestore, etc.). For content generation, the input topics and related information will be transmitted to external AI services used by the Operator (Gemini API, Google Cloud Text-to-Speech, etc.). Please check the Privacy Policy for details. (Article 7)
• Premium Plan and Advertisements: A paid premium plan subscription may be required to use all generation features of this Application or to hide advertisements. If using the free version, advertisements may be displayed, or you may be required to watch ads before content generation. Please check the fees, payment methods, auto-renewal, and cancellation policies. Please note that while the Premium Plan is intended for unlimited use within the scope of normal usage, we may impose limitations on extreme usage to ensure stable service provision (Fair Use Policy). • Prohibited Acts: Use for the purpose of generating illegal content, content contrary to public order and morals, content that infringes on the rights of others, or any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator are strictly prohibited. (Article 10)

A separate Privacy Policy is established in connection with the use of this Application. Please also review the Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the terms and conditions for the use of the AI audiobook generation application "Audiobook AI" (hereinafter referred to as "this Application") provided by the Audiobook AI Operator (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator").

To use this Application, you must carefully read the full text of these Terms and agree to all provisions. By starting to use this Application, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms shall apply preferentially to all relationships between the Operator and the User concerning the use of this Application.
2. The Operator may separately establish necessary matters and usage rules concerning the operation of this Application as part of these Terms, and the User shall also comply with these provisions.

Article 2 (Definitions)

In these Terms, the terms used shall have the following meanings:

1. This Application: Refers to the AI audiobook generation application "Audiobook AI" provided by the Operator, which, based on a topic input by the User, allows AI to generate a table of contents, text content for each chapter, and read-aloud audio for said text.
