These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establish the conditions of use for the diary application "Moments" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by Moments Operations (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

To use the App, you must carefully read the entire Terms and agree to all provisions. By starting to use the App, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms shall be applied with priority to all relationships between the Operator and users regarding the use of the App.
2. The Operator may separately establish necessary matters and usage rules regarding the operation of the App as part of these Terms, and users shall comply with these provisions.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

1. App

   The service provided by the Operator that allows users to create and view diary entries through photo taking, voice recording, AI-based transcription and summarization, and addition of location information.

2. Diary Entry

   An article created by the user through the App, combining photos, voice recordings, transcriptions, summaries, location information, music information, etc.

3. Voice Data, Transcription Data, Summary Data, Location Information

   Refers to the recorded voice, the transcription result generated by AI processing, the summary result generated by the same AI, and the location information acquired during photo taking or recording, respectively.

4. AI Processing

   Artificial intelligence technology used in the App to automatically generate transcriptions and summaries based on voice data.

5. Notion Integration

   One of the optional features of the App, where images taken by the user are temporarily stored on the Operator's server and uploaded to Notion, if the user so desires. In this case, the uploaded images will be publicly accessible. Location information (address) and music information are also similarly integrated with Notion.

6. Spotify Integration

   One of the optional features of the App, which, if the user so desires, connects with Spotify to record information about currently playing or recently played music when creating a diary entry.

7. Music Information

   Information about music playback, such as song title, artist name, and album information, obtained through the Spotify integration feature.

8. Anonymous Login

   A login method that allows users to use the App without registering personal information such as email addresses or passwords.

9. Notion Access Key

   Authentication information stored on the user's device to use the Notion integration feature. This key is not stored on the Operator's server.

10. Spotify Access Key

    Authentication information stored on the user's device to use the Spotify integration feature. This key is not stored on the Operator's server.

Article 3 (Service Content)

1. The App provides users with the following functions: (1) Taking and recording photos (2) Recording voice and importing voice files (3) AI-based transcription and summary generation of voice data (4) Acquisition of location information and its addition to entries (5) Viewing and managing created diary entries (6) Recording music information through Spotify integration (7) Synchronizing diary entries through Notion integration
2. Details of each function of the App shall follow the explanation pages published from time to time by the Operator within the App or on the Operator's website.
