1. Data Collected and Its Purpose
Basic Data
- Photo Data: Photos attached to diary entries.
- Voice Recordings: Audio recordings of diary content (up to 30 minutes).
- Text Data: Diary titles, content, and transcription results.
- Location Information: Location information (coordinates and address) captured when taking photos or recording audio.
External Service Integration Data
- Notion Integration Information: Notion access token and page ID.
- Spotify Integration Information: Spotify access token and currently playing music information (song title, artist name, album name, etc.).
2. Data Storage Location and Retention Period
On-Device Storage (Basic Principle)
- Photos, voice recordings, transcription/summary data, and location information are stored exclusively on the user’s device.
- The data is retained until the app is deleted or the user selects “Delete All Data” from the settings.
Temporary Storage on External Services
- During Notion Integration: Image data, music information, and location information (address) are temporarily stored on our servers for uploading to Notion, after which they are uploaded to Notion.
- Firebase Storage: Photo data is temporarily uploaded to Firebase Storage during Notion integration and may be published as a public URL.
Storage of Authentication Information
- Notion access tokens and Spotify access tokens are stored only in the device’s Keychain and are not transmitted or stored on our servers.
